The Better Place Price Tag

The Better Place has been in existence and doing ministry since 2003, but like a “hermit crab” that borrows the shells of other fish because it has no shell of its own, TBP has been borrowing and renting facilities for all it does. This is not the vision given by God. – To fulfill the God-given vision for TBP we must have our own property and also we must have several paid staff persons to operate the ministry. Up to now we have barely been “scratching the surface” compared to what we are called to do and what we will do when we have our own campus with buildings and amenities plus staff and full endowments so we can offer the ministry at an affordable rate. – Below is the full price list for this or what our Prospectus calls the “Establishment Budget” to cover the full cost of endowing the Better Place Ministries and building what we are calling “The Center for Spiritual Equipping.”

Our Board of Directors has established phases to our raising of the above needed money. In all there are six large phases. Here is where we now stand:
Phase One was completed in 2004 for a total cost of $6,380 which paid for, Incorporation, Achieving 501 ( c ) (3) status, Registering with the NYS Charities Bureau, Purchasing a minimum of office equipment, Completing the formation of the Board of Directors and
Establishing a web site
Phase Two is what we are working on now. The estimated cost including tithe is $721,000 for Purchase and insurance of property,
Site development plans including complete survey and soil boring,
Beginning to pay full-time salary and benefits to organizing Director,  Hiring an Administrative Assistant, Legal fees, and 5% for the always unforeseen. – Once funds for this phase have been raised we go on to:
Phase Three – Estimated cost including tithe $1,525,000 for
Buildings designed by architect, put in roadbeds, put in the pond, bring city water & sewer to the property, 5% unforeseen.
