Following are some prayer concerns regarding which we ask you to be in intercession. Also you will usually find some references to answered prayer for which we would like you to join us in giving thanks.
- Thank God for the broad representation of Chautauqua County at the Global Day of Prayer gathering on the 23rd of May. God loves unity among His children. There He commands a blessing!
- My Gospel, a book authored by our Director, Roy Miller, is scheduled to be in print by the end of June this year. Pray for God to use this book to help people "dig deep and build their lives on the rock." Pray that the publication of the companion study/discussion guide will move along at God's chosen pace.
- Thank God for His presence at the Board of Directors meeting on the 22nd of May. Please keep the Board members in prayer as they need to receive God's vision and wisdom for The Better Place. Their next meeting is scheduled for September 18th.
- The second session of the Regional School of Prayer will take place all day Saturday the 12th of June. This School needs constant prayer coverage before and after sessions as God continues to equip His Church to be a House of Prayer for the Nations. -- The third and final 2010 session of the School of Prayer is scheduled for the 25th of September.
- The Chautauqua Lake Men of Integrity will hold a breakfast for men of the region on Saturday the 24th of July. These CLMI breakfasts are offered to God to build unity in the Body of Christ and to encourage men in their faith walk. Pray for Harry, Jim and Rick as they share their experience in the nation of Cuba and plans to return to that nation.
- Finances are one of our on-going prayer concerns. The Board has a sense that God's time is "ripe" for the funding to come in for the next couple phases of The Better Place vision during 2010. Please join us in seeking God for this.
